The Village Hall is available for single bookings – weddings, parties, reunions, christenings etc.

Hartlip Village Hall Occasional Hire Fees:
(effective from 1st January 2024)
Whole Hall
Monday – Thursday 9am to 11pm
£14 an hour for residents & £16 an hour for non-residents
Friday 6pm to 12 midnight (or part thereof)
£125 for residents & £150 for non-residents.
Saturday 9am to 12 midnight (or part thereof)
£220 for residents & £250 for non-residents.
Saturday 9am to 6pm (or part thereof)
£125 for residents & £150 for non-residents.
Saturday 6pm to 12 midnight (or part thereof)
£125 for residents & £150 for non-residents.
Friday & Saturday 9am to 6pm
£14 an hour for residents & £16 for non-residents.
Main Hall
Monday – Thursday 9am to 11pm
£12 an hour for residents & £14 an hour for non-residents
Friday & Saturday 9am to 12 midnight
£12 an hour for residents & £14 for non-residents.
Meeting Room
Monday – Thursday 9am to 11pm
£11 an hour for residents & £12 an hour for non-residents
Friday & Saturday 9am to 12 midnight

School Room
Monday – Thursday 9am to 11pm
£11 an hour for residents & £12 for non-residents.

Whole hours only bookable.
Friday & Saturday private bookings e.g. parties: Whole Hall must be booked.
Children's parties - 4 hour minimum hire
Meetings - 3 hour minimum hire
Sunday Opening
The Village Hall is available from 10.00am – 7pm.
This time is to include set up/the party or activity/clear up time.
The Village Hall must be locked and the car park clear of cars by no later than 7pm.
An hourly fee will be charged: Residents: £14 an hour or Non-Residents: £17 per hour
New Year’s Eve: Hartlip Village Hall is available for booking at a hire fee of £300.
Polling Day: £300 (Hall access for equipment delivery/collection day before/day after Polling Day +16 hours on Polling Day @ £16 per hour)
Car Park not bookable separate to hall.
Deposits: 50% of hire fee upon booking, balance of hire fee 14 working days before date of hire.
Damage Deposit due and cleared 14 days working days before date of hire
(a) £50 for bookings up to 6pm and without alcohol for all hirers
(b) £100 for bookings after 6pm or before 6pm with alcohol for Hartlip residents
(c) £200 for bookings after 6pm or before 6pm with alcohol for non-residents
